Who can qualify for the program?
This early-adopter campaign is for short-term rental operators managing 5–49 properties. Contact Neatly so we can review your setup and confirm eligibility. This range applies to the campaign, not to who can use Neatly.
What is free for 90 days?
The approved program includes all core Neatly Ops features, PMS integration onboarding and no setup fee for 90 days from your agreed activation date. Your team can use turnover scheduling, cleaner coordination, job instructions, checklists, AI staging checks and before-and-after photo review. AI video review and issue reporting are in development and are not included as available features.
How do I activate the offer?
Send a qualification enquiry. The Neatly team will discuss your workflow and PMS, confirm eligibility and billing details, and activate the offer manually. One program activation is available per approved account. Submitting the form does not start your free period or billing.
What happens after the 90 days?
Normal paid billing starts automatically after your 90-day free period unless you cancel before it ends. There is no long-term commitment. We will confirm your activation date, billing start date and applicable paid pricing with you before activation.
Is my PMS integration included?
Yes. PMS integration onboarding is included. Neatly has direct connection routes for Hospitable and Hostaway, supports calendar connections through compatible iCal feeds, and works with you on onboarding for other PMS setups. We will confirm the connection approach and requirements for your PMS; this does not mean every PMS already has a native integration.
Do I need to replace my cleaning team?
No. Keep your existing cleaners. Use Neatly to coordinate jobs, share property instructions, collect photos and review work that needs attention.
